Dr. Reo has over 40 years of experience in the development and commercialization of drug products for the prescription, non-prescription and prescription to non-prescription re-classification spaces and has successfully provided strategy and leadership in the CMC sections of regulatory dossiers around the world.  He serves or has served in senior level scientific leadership roles at Arvinas, Inc. Ashland Chemical Company, Catalent, Bayer Consumer Care, Merck, Schering-Plough, Pfizer/Pharmacia and J&J.  Dr. Reo has help developed and/or bring to market over 30 drug products.

Dr. Reo has published over 20 patents/patent applications and is a subject matter expert in several technologies that include pharmaceutical bulk solid flowability, fluid bed technology, roller compaction, nasal drug delivery, direct compression formulation technology and spray drying technology. He received a PhD Pharmaceutics from Temple University, an MS Pharmaceutics from Rutgers University and BS Pharmacy from Rutgers College of Pharmacy.  Dr. Reo was previously a member of the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists, including serving as the Chair of the Formulation Design and Development section.  He is a practicing Pharmacist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey.
